As part of their benefits, Norden Farm Silver and Gold Members do not pay this fee.
The transaction fee contributes towards the increasing costs comprising box office ticketing software and service, web hosting fees and server upkeep. We have not increased our booking fee since January 2018.
Like many organisations, we are experiencing significantly increased operational costs. Norden Farm is a charitable trust and we operate on such tight margins that every pound really does have an impact on our future.
