Acrylics: Exploring Colour - Bold & Bright
Led by Karen Carter
Handling colour is one of the key aspects of producing a successful painting. Through a series of exercises we will look at using harmonies, contrasts and monochromatic colour schemes to create coherent and visually exciting images.
Please bring the below materials with you:
- Drawing pencils, rubber
- Variety of brushes (soft / bristle)
- Acrylic paints (please include primaries in your selection)
- Watercolour paper or acrylic paper or canvas
- 2 water jars, mixing palette, kitchen roll
