All Write Together – Online Workshops

As part of Norden Farm's All Write Together community project, professional poet and educator Simon Mole runs a series of free, online writing workshops to help people stay creative and connected during lockdown.

These will be fun and relaxed sessions open to all ages and abilities, and are a chance to contribute to a community poem that we've commissioned Simon to write.

Workshop One | Thur 30 Apr 11am - 11.40am

A live online poetry workshop about keeping in touch; how have we been finding some precious moments of connection in these strange and unsettling times?

Workshop Two | Thur 7 May 11am - 11.40am

A live online poetry workshop about journeys, real or imagined.

Workshop Three | Thur 14 May 11am - 11.40am

A live online poetry workshop about the future. How does something that starts as small as a hope change the world?

Free Events | Suitable for all ages
Booking cut off time: 10.30am on Thur 30 Apr / 9am on Thur 7 and 14 May session

All you need for each workshop is a pen and paper at the ready!

All Write Together

All Write Together is our brand new community project - enabling us to come together virtually and share what we we’re all going through - because we are always stronger together!

This poetry based project is led by Maidonian, poet and author Simon Mole. It will give us the space to share our journey through these extraordinary times and hopefully increase our smiles.

Look out for interactive tasks on our social media channels each Tuesday from 28 April, or take part in Simon's free All Write Together Workshops on Zoom.

How do our online classes work?

The classes will take place via a video stream on Zoom where you'll be able to use the camera and audio on your tablet, laptop or other device to see and hear the tutor and other participants.

You simply need to book on to your class or workshop of choice as normal by the cut off time. We'll then send you an email with a link to your session, password and a meeting ID. These will be emailed to you after the booking cut off time, shortly before the class begins.

If you'd like to learn more about joining a meeting on Zoom, click here for a handy guide.
