He is rapidly making a name for himself as one of Britain’s funniest Engineering graduates, with his deadpan charm and trademark laid-back style. Phil has appeared as a stand up guest on BBC2's The Rob Brydon Show and has been featured on BBC3 Three at the Fringe, Radio 4's Fresh from the Fringe and Radio 1's Comedy Live Lounge.

Julian Deane has been wowing audiences across the country with his genius punch lines and perfect delivery. The So You Think You're Funny semi-finalist first performed stand up in 2005. His brilliant, utterly original and hilarious routines have earned him appreciation, recognition and praise from audiences across the country as well as prominent figures in the comedy industry.

He has won some of the most prestigious stand up comedy competitions in the country including the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year, Comedy Cafe Best New Act of the Year and King Gong. He is also in big demand as a writer for Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Morgan Spurlock’s New Britannia.
