A fun, creative way for children to explore their dance skills – from the comfort of your own home!

Each week they will have the chance to go on an adventure using imagination and play to help learn basic ballet techniques.

Suitable for ages 2 - 4 years.

Tues 8 Sept - 29 Sept, 6 Oct - 3 Nov (27 Oct) and Tues 10 Nov - 1 Dec (online only)
10.45am – 11.15am
£6 per session or £20 per 4 week term
Booking cut off time: 9am on the day of each class

We want everyone to be safe while dancing at home so please ensure that all children are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and that you have suitable space to move in and have cleared the space of any potential hazards.

This session should be fun for you and your little ones, please support where necessary and ensure that children are always supervised during the class.


How do our online classes work?

The classes will take place via a video stream on Zoom where you'll be able to use the camera and audio on your tablet, laptop or other device to see and hear the tutor and other participants.

You simply need to book on to your class or workshop of choice as normal by the cut off time. We'll then send you an email with a link to your session, password and a meeting ID. These will be emailed to you after the booking cut off time, shortly before the class begins.

Pilates - Intermediate

Led by Zoe Brennan.

Suitable for people with some Pilates experience or those who are looking for a slightly more challenging class. Still covering alignment, breathing and centering but with more focus on strengthening and toning your body. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.

Beginners/Gentle Yoga

Led by Julie Potter

This class is particularly suited to beginners, those returning to yoga having had a break, those with specific injuries or conditions or even those that consider themselves to be of a ‘certain age’ that might need a less challenging approach. We will cover general breathing practises, the basic and gentler postures, together with general information and possible discussion around movement and the potential difficulties we might come up against.

The aim will be to relax and enjoy.

The yoga I teach is an evolution of nearly 30 years of practice and study, with a broad experience of many styles and teachers. In recent years I have been moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential and ‘felt’ approach, influenced by teachers who have been inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.

Zumba (Thursdays)

Zumba with Annet is a fun, easy to follow, dance based class. Get fit and exercise in disguise to uplifting Latin rhythms!

This 60 minute class feels more than a party that exercise class. It suits all levels of ability and beginners are very welcome.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

It can help make you feel happy, healthy, strong, amazing, unstoppable and confident!
