Drama Classes for Adults

Led by Troublemaker Theatre Company.

A handpicked selection of bespoke theatre workshops for keen amateur actors, students and semi-professionals. All sessions are practical in nature and encourage meeting new like-minded friends and potential colleagues. Topics this season include The Audition Process, Improvisation and Filthy Shakespeare.

The Carnival of the Animals - Lantern Making Workshop

Get ready to join the parade!

Weave and decorate willow to create lanterns inspired by the animal world. Lanterns created at these family workshops will be illuminated at Norden Farm’s annual Lantern Parade on Saturday 8 December.

Workshops take place throughout November and December:

Our friendly theatre company lead the sessions, where you’ll have fun and meet new friends. Each term you'll create a show and perform in our studio or on the main stage, with lighting, sound and staging from Norden Farm's technical crew.

Plus receive discounted tickets to shows and gain opportunities to work alongside Troublemaker Theatre Company at our Summer Theatre Week.

Pick up performance skills from stage combat to acting for camera and physical theatre to accents, while working with scripts from famous playwrights or made up by you.

Terms 10 weeks long, no auditions, suitable for all abilities and end with a sharing or a performance.

Line Dancing

Led by Julie Antonsen.

A mix of dance styles ranging from Waltz and Cha Cha to Irish Dancing style. A variety of music accompanies these styles such as Shania Twain and Keith Urban (country) to Rebecca Ferguson and Megan Trainer (pop) with everything in between.

No partner necessary.
