We all know someone like this. The aunt who’s convinced the Earth is flat. The cousin who believes the world is run by lizards in human suits.
In this show, Becky explores the strange and funny world of conspiracy theories, including a few of her own.
Why do people believe them? Are they onto something? Are you a conspiracy theorist? Are you a lizard? (Blink twice if yes. Wait, can lizards blink?)
Tell That Horse To Keep His Mouth Shut is a silly, playful comedy show about conspiracy theories, truth and how quickly reality can start to feel unreliable. Mostly, it just aims to entertain.
If you’re hoping for proof the moon landing was fake, this is not that show. But if you’ve ever been stuck in an argument that makes no sense and thought “how did we get here?”, this one is for you.
Eli Matthewson: WIP
Eli Matthewson is the first New Zealander to move to London, arriving just in time for the end of the world. As life was starting to feel safe and stable, he threw it all away and moved to the UK on the final week he qualified for a youth mobility visa.
This is a show about trying to make something of yourself before everything falls apart.
