Their songs feature rich boy/girl vocal harmonies on a backdrop of guitars lending themselves to comparisons to Fleetwood Mac and Fairport Convention. Fred’s House won Best Folk/Roots Band and Audience Choice Award at this year’s annual NMG Awards.
Fred’s House released their debut album Bonnie & Clyde in 2014 to critical acclaim, grabbing 4 and 5 star reviews across the board. The band has also supported the likes of Eddi Reader, Ward Thomas and The Shires.
They have also received national airplay on BBC 6Music, BBC Radio Wales, live sessions on BBC Introducing and championed by Radio 2 Bob Harris’ when invited to perform for his ‘Under the Apple Tree’ sessions.
