Give it a Go! Art - Fun with Casting (5-7 years)
Using simple casting techniques with clay and plaster to cast toys and found objects to create a 3d picture tablet.
Give it a Go! Festival Pass offers access to 4 different workshops for £10 per person – saving £2 (Give it a Go! Festival Pass can be used by named participant only)
Disclaimer: Please note that a photographer will be present at some Give it a Go! Workshops. Images will be used for Norden Farm marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, use in printed material such as brochures, on the website and social media, and in local publications. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please advise our Box Office team on the day (Friday 25 March).
• We strongly recommend you book in advance for Give it a Go! workshops as it is highly unlikely that tickets will be available on the door
• We expect the carpark to be busy so please allow at least 15-20 mins to park/ walk to Norden Farm / pick up tickets / find your workshop
• Workshops will take place across the building - Norden Farm will be well sign posted, use posters to find out where you should be and check the location on your tickets
• Our team of friendly Young Leader volunteers will be on hand to help (look out for their lanyards)

A Winter's Tail
Presented by The Last Baguette.
The snow is falling and the solstice is approaching. Ratty is getting ready. She wants everything to be really rat-tastic! But will her friends make it through the snow to the winter woodland revels?
Can you help them on their journey? There’ll be excitement, adventure, play-acting, games, music, a splattering of silliness and lots of snow!
A Winter’s Tail is a fun, relaxed play-along theatre adventure. Expect to play, move, watch and laugh.
The Last Baguette makes entertaining, accessible and eccentric work for family audiences.
Run time: 1 hour including a stay and play session
Suitable for ages 2+ years and their grown ups. Younger and older siblings welcome!

Baby Signing
Led by Funky Monkeys
Have you ever wondered what your baby is thinking or feeling? Would it help if they could communicate those thoughts and feelings to you?
Sign and rhyme teaches parents / carers and their little ones, simple sign language that enables them to communicate before speech takes over. Just like waving and clapping, your baby can learn to tell you when they’re hungry, in pain or just that they’ve seen a dog! This is empowering to them and hugely rewarding for you! In most cases babies who sign learn to talk sooner than their non-signing peers.
Signs are used in class, like actions, to accompany songs and nursery rhymes and with an array of props, puppets, instruments and the use of disco lights, bubbles and parachutes to enhance the sensory experience and make learning more fun.

Created with local schools and community groups our Gallery will be a sensory feast this holiday.
A calming counterpoint to the excitement of the rest of the festival, this imaginative immersive space is a place to drift away in the imagination.

Bring Baby Choir
Singing is a great way to relieve stress and promote well-being.
Meet new people and take some time for you in this new acappella choir for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and their babies!
It is a baby friendly class, created especially so you can bring the baby you care for. Grown ups are in a semi circle (with room for your buggy next to you) and babies can sit, crawl or play on the blanket in front of you.
These uplifting classes are led by conductor/composer (and mum) Marta Radwan. There's no auditions, no singing experience is needed and you don't need to have a 'good voice' - just an openness to have a go! You'll be sure to know the songs and there will even be some which include your little one.
