Introduction to Knitting - Cast on & Carry on

Introduction to Knitting - Cast on & Carry on
Led by Shallu Behar-Sheehan

There has never been a better moment to learn to knit. In one relaxed morning you will go from complete beginner to casting on, knitting, purling and casting off — the four foundations that unlock every project you will ever make.

And once you have those foundations, the possibilities open up beautifully: knit and purl stitches combine in endlessly satisfying ways to create texture, pattern and structure, from the satisfying ridges of garter stitch to the stretchy, ribbed cuffs on your favourite jumper.

Taught in a small group by a Central Saint Martins knitwear design graduate, this is the kind of class where you arrive curious and leave genuinely capable.

Every place includes The Loop Kit — a branded tote bag, yarn, bamboo needles, your own pattern card to take home and a handmade-with-love tag — so you have everything you need to carry on the moment you walk out the door.

Whether you have been meaning to learn for years or simply fancy doing something with your hands again, Cast On & Carry On is where it begins.

Suitable for ages 18+ years.
