When all the canine pets of Megasaki City are exiled to a vast garbage dump, 12-year-old Atari sets off alone to Trash Island. He is in search of his dog, Spots. With the assistance of his newly found canine friends, he begins an epic journey that will decide the fate of the entire Prefecture.
