Shakespeare has been created by local sculptor Lydia Karpinska. She's the artist behind some of Maidenhead’s most iconic statues including Sir Nicholas Winton at Maidenhead train station and The Boy and the Boat at the end of the high street.
Lydia encourages you to get up close to explore all of the beautiful details of Shakespeare's life and works that have been intricately woven in to his form.
We are delighted to present the third Maidenhead Schools: Art, Design and Photography Exhibition showcasing the work made by the students from Maidenhead schools.
