The Carnival of the Animals - Sunday Lantern Making Workshop

Led by Same Sky.

Across 2 hours, our artist will guide the group through the process of weaving an intricate animal inspired willow frame ahead of covering and decorating.

Suitable for 6+ years.

Pre-booking for these popular workshops is essential


Sun 17 and Sun 24 Nov and Sun 1 Dec | Norden Farm 10.30am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4pm £7 per person


Please note – Sunday workshops take place at Norden Farm and last 2 hours. You need to arrive for your booked start time of 10.30am or 2pm.

In these workshops, you create lanterns which are more intricate and will take the whole 2 hours to do so. This capacity for these workshops is limited.

Led by Karen Wallace-Jones and Jane Hibbs

Building on our devising skills from last term we will begin to develop our understanding of ensemble in performance. Using extracts from published texts we will use these as a starting point to create our own original Youth Theatre ensemble performance in the Spring.

Join Kayleigh online for monthly creative crafts!

Your ticket includes your craft pack which features everything you need to take part online! Just join Kayleigh via zoom to get creative.

Sun 31 Jan: Tie-Dye Bags The packs (and accompanying live video) will show you how to design one tote bag. Kayleigh will show you 2 different styles that you can use to design your bag. Each pack comes with x4 assorted colours so everyone will have a unique bag to them. There are worksheets for learning and fun included as well as some gloves and apron to help with the mess!
