The Linos Piano Trio

First Prize winner of the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition, the Linos Piano Trio of piano, violin and cello is increasingly recognised as one of Europe's most creative and dynamic trios.

The trio possesses a colourful and distinctive musical voice and was praised for its ‘slow-burning, gripping performance’ by The Strad. Their programme includes trios by Beethoven, Brahms and Ravel.

Sounds Echoed with The Paul Jordanous Jazz Ensemble

The stunning, original and expansive ensemble return to Norden Farm following their recent UK tour.

Paul Jordanous (trumpet) is a London based trumpeter, pianist, composer arranger. He has been a regular on the jazz, funk and soul scenes for the last 13 years. He is joined by Piers Green (sax), Leo Appleyard (guitar), Sam Leak (piano), Kevin Glasgow (bass) and Ted Carrasco (drums).

Alistair McGowan - Introductions to Classical Piano

After the success of his piano album (released through Sony Classical) and his tour in 2018, Alistair McGowan is back with the show that brings together all his talents.

Alongside tracks from the album, Alistair will play some other short classic piano pieces: from Gershwin to Grieg, Mompou to Mendelssohn, Satie to Schubert. Join Alistair as he talks a little about the history of each piece, the composer and his own connection to the music.

WHY? Expect a lot of beautiful music (with the odd mistake!), some interesting stories and a sprinkling of his trademark impressions.

Miss Rosie and the Moonshyne Runners

With a sound and style that conjure the golden age of jazz, Miss Rosie and the Moonshyne Runners pay homage to the divas who packed Carnegie Hall, Mister Kelly’s and the Village Gate.
