At Norden Farm we believe that everyone should have the chance to experience and participate in high quality, transformative and life enhancing arts events. 

Norden Farm is committed to bringing the Arts to children, young people and vulnerable adults, we provide a year-round programme of workshops, theatre, music, work experience placements and much more, and we work hard to ensure a safe and happy experience for all.

Bullying is not acceptable at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, whether by an adult to an adult, an adult to a child, or a child to a child. It may include: 

• Physical actions such as hitting and kicking 

• Name calling, humiliation, ignoring and threatening behaviour  

• Unwanted physical contact 

• Non-verbal abuse, hand signs or text messages 

• Controlling or manipulating behaviour
