Ballet Beats - Pre School Ballet (2-3 years)

Led by Abbi Lewin

A fun, creative way for children to explore their dance skills. Each week they will have the chance to go on an adventure using imagination and play to help learn basic ballet techniques.

Soft Pastels: Which Surface?

Led by Jo Hall.

Each week we will experiment with a different pastel support for soft pastels. With such a variety of coloured and textured papers for pastel available, it can be hard to choose. This course will enable you to try a variety of papers and how to prepare some of your own surfaces.

Please bring your own pastels and equipment. Materials cost to tutor approximately £7.

Suitable for people with some Pilates experience or those who are looking for a slightly more challenging class. Still covering alignment, breathing and centering but with more focus on strengthening and toning your body. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.
