Zumba (Thursdays)

Led by Annet Bowler

Zumba with Annet is a fun, easy to follow, dance based class. Get fit and exercise in disguise to uplifting Latin rhythms!

This 60 minute class feels more than a party that exercise class. It suits all levels of ability and beginners are very welcome.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

It can help make you feel happy, healthy, strong, amazing, unstoppable and confident!

Introduction to Jewellery Making

Led by Grant Forsyth

Learn the fundamentals of jewellery making and design, including mark making and stone setting. Advanced students are welcome to join and expand their skills and create their own design led work. Materials cost to tutor £28 (approx).

Kaleidoscope

Blink. Blink again. What do you see?

Day by day your world is filling up with colour, little one. Reds and blues, yellows and greens. Twinkling lights that glisten and gleam. Discover the multicoloured world of Kaleidoscope in this gentle, playful performance.

WHY? Theatre for babies aged 6 - 18 months inspired by research into how a baby's sense of sight develops and how they instinctively categorise colour.

The Italic hand has many varied forms, from a basic script to very flourished and ornate lettering. The basic alphabet through to advanced flourishing and effects will be covered depending on ability, together with compositional layout. Suitable for all levels of experience.
