Shakespeare has been created by local sculptor Lydia Karpinska. She's the artist behind some of Maidenhead’s most iconic statues including Sir Nicholas Winton at Maidenhead train station and The Boy and the Boat at the end of the high street.
The Dash Charity are working on a new creative collaboration with Artist Amelia Pimlott and Norden Farm.

The workshops are led by specialist kite makers, Community Kite Project.
In these family friendly sessions our practitioners will guide you through the process of making your very own kite.
Decorate your kite to stand out in the sky at the Kite Festival which takes place in Boyn Grove Park on Sunday 4 September.
Spaces to take part are limited, pre for Kite Workshops is highly recommended.
