If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), it is very important that you follow government guidelines and do not visit Norden Farm. If you are unwell with coronavirus symptoms or having to self-isolate, please contact the Box Office and we will arrange for your ticket cost to be credited to your Norden Farm account.
Tickets for events and classes must be booked in advance via our website or over the phone with our Box Office team. If there is a cut off time for booking, you will find this information on the website event page.
You must only book tickets for people in your household. If you wish to come with someone who is not in your household, they will need to book tickets in a separate transaction. This is for the purposes of Track and Trace and so that we can ensure that government guidelines are being adhered to for the safety of all of our visitors.
We have replaced physical tickets with barcoded e-tickets. If you are unable to book an e-ticket, please speak to a member of our Box Office team.
Digital e-tickets will be sent out ahead of your event. When you arrive at Norden Farm your tickets can be self-scanned from your mobile device or a print-out, at one of our new contactless scanning points.
All ticket transactions are subject to a £1 booking fee. This covers costs comprising box office ticketing software and service, web hosting fees, and server upkeep.
For more information about our Booking Fee, click here.
If you purchase tickets and subsequently find you are unable to attend, we may be able to exchange your tickets for another event. Please let us know at least 72 hours before the performance. For classes and workshops, please let us know at least 7 working days before the event. A charge of £1 per transaction applies.
Please note that the brochure is correct at time of going to print and is subject to change.
Classes are not always held in the same space and are subject to venue change.
If you have tickets for an event or workshop and are no longer able to attend due to following NHS guidelines, we will endeavour to transfer your ticket to another Norden Farm event if there is availability, or credit your Norden Farm account. Please let us know at least 24 hours before the event. Due to the extenuating circumstances, we will waive our usual transfer fee for this service.
As a small, independent charity, we are committed to ensuring all our scheduled performances and events go ahead as planned unless we are advised otherwise.
All our normal terms and conditions of ticket purchasing continue to apply.
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Norden Farm or the promoter, the following options are available:
• Tickets can be exchanged for another event (to the same value)
• The value of tickets can be credited to your Norden Farm box office account
• The value of tickets can be credited to your credit or debit card (the £1 card fee will only be credited if the tickets were the sole purchase)
If your school is forced to close or year group has to self isolate due to Government guidelines, then we will offer a live stream alternative, with a link which can be forwarded to pupils at home. The live stream is £200 and any deposit or balance that has been paid will be refunded, less £200. If you are unable to facilitate a live stream then a full refund will be offered.
In the event that Norden Farm is unable to have a live audience in the building, then the performance will go ahead and the show will be live streamed to schools. The live stream is £200 and any deposit or balance that has been paid will be refunded, less £200.
In the event that Norden Farm is unable to live stream the performance, then all monies paid will be refunded.
In most circumstances, tickets can be reserved for a maximum of five days. Tickets can be reserved no less than seven working days before the event.
Where indicated, concession rates are available to fully retired senior citizens, unwaged, students and under 16s.
Silver and Gold Members receive a special ticket price on selected events in the season. Events with a supporter price are indicated in the brochure with the 'milk churn' symbol and on the website under 'Supporter'.
For most shows, tickets/seats are not required for children under 18 months who are happy to sit on laps (unless otherwise stated).

Customer Notice Fri 27 May: Our lift down to the stalls is currently out of order and we are working with contractors to repair as soon as possible. The main control board has failed and, as parts are becoming scarce, we need to upgrade the entire control system. As the system is built to order, we are facing a lead time of six weeks and then two weeks for the engineers to install the new electronics and recommission the lift.
All performances and workshops spaces at Norden Farm provide total accessibility for those with disabilities. There are lifts throughout the venue, as well as ramped access and adapted toilet facilities. There is also an infra red system in the Courtyard Theatre for customers with hearing difficulties.
Personal assistants accompanying disabled customers will receive a complimentary ticket; please advise at the Box Office when purchasing tickets.
If you require a wheelchair seat, please contact our Box Office team on 01628 788997 / email@example.com in advance of the event.
If you have access requirements and cannot use the stairs, you can book tickets in the balcony which is located on the ground floor. Please note that the lift to the stalls is not in operation in the event of an emergency.
Join us for a two course meal before your show or screening for just £15, when purchased at the same time as your tickets. A table will be reserved ready for your arrival and any two courses from our delicious seasonal menu or specials board can be ordered with your Pre Show Dinner ticket at the Café Bar.
Available Tuesday – Sunday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance (available on selected events). Please arrive at least an hour and half before the show to enjoy your meal. Limited availability.
We love to welcome you and your children here at Norden Farm. However please be aware that, as we serve hot drinks and food, we do ask that children don’t run in the Café Bar area and are kept close to their adults. Do ask us for children’s books or free colouring sheets if your little ones need some off-line distraction. Your cooperation on this is much appreciated.
