Booking Fee

All ticket transactions are subject to a £1 booking fee. This covers costs comprising box office ticketing software and service, web hosting fees, and server upkeep.

For more information about our Booking Fee, click here.

Ticket Collection / Postage

If you would like your tickets posted out in advance, £1 will be added to your total booking cost. If paying by cheque, please add £1 per booking to all cheques (made payable to Norden Farm Centre Trust Ltd) or enclose an SAE. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets from the Box Office in person during opening hours.

Ticket Exchange

If you purchase tickets and subsequently find you are unable to attend, we may be able to exchange your tickets for another event. Please let us know at least 72 hours before the performance. For classes and workshops, please let us know at least 7 working days before the event. A charge of £1 per transaction applies.

Please note that the brochure is correct at time of going to print and is subject to change.

Classes are not always held in the same space and are subject to venue change.

Covid-19 Policy

If you have tickets for an event or workshop and are no longer able to attend due to following NHS guidelines, we will endeavour to transfer your ticket to another Norden Farm event if there is availability, or credit your Norden Farm account. Please let us know at least 24 hours before the event. If you have the tickets, they will need to be returned. Due to the extenuating circumstances, we will waive our usual transfer fee for this service.

As a small, independent charity, we are committed to ensuring all our scheduled performances and events go ahead as planned unless we are advised otherwise.

All our normal terms and conditions of ticket purchasing continue to apply.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Norden Farm or the promoter, the following options are available:

• Tickets can be exchanged for another event (to the same value)

• The value of tickets can be credited to your Norden Farm box office account

• The value of tickets can be credited to your credit or debit card (the £1 card fee will only be credited if the tickets were the sole purchase)

Reserving Tickets

In most circumstances, tickets can be reserved for a maximum of five days. Tickets can be reserved no less than seven working days before the event.

Concessions

Where indicated, concession rates are available to fully retired senior citizens, unwaged, students and under 16s.

Supporter tickets

Silver and Gold Members receive a special ticket price on selected events in the season. Events with a supporter price are indicated in the brochure with the 'milk churn' symbol and on the website under 'Supporter'.

Tickets for children under 18 months

For most shows, tickets/seats are not required for children under 18 months who are happy to sit on laps (unless otherwise stated).

Keeping children safe in the Café Bar

We love to welcome you and your children here at Norden Farm. However please be aware that, as we serve hot drinks and food, we do ask that children don’t run in the Café Bar area and are kept close to their adults. Do ask us for children’s books or free colouring sheets if your little ones need some off-line distraction. Your cooperation on this is much appreciated.
