Jump In! this Easter

We have the holidays covered with our Jump In! Family Arts Festival - a jam-packed programme of events for children and young people of all ages.

Click here to view the full line up of events.

Kick off week one by exploring the world of colours with Wow! Said the Owl, based on the acclaimed children’s book by Tim Hopgood.

Other star performances in week one include a family friendly show from sketch comedy sensation The Noise Next Door with their Really, Really Good Afternoon Show; Concertini return with relaxed concerts Music for Woodwind and Music for Brass; and get on your dancing shoes for our Family Ceilidh.

Live performances in week two of the holidays include the return of explorer Amelia Buttersnap with A Real Alien Adventure; a brand new take on a classic tale Jack and the Bean’s Talk; and The Amazing Bubbleman brings more bubbles then you could imagine to the Courtyard stage.

Another highlight of week two is madcap family musical Oliver in the Overworld. With beautiful puppets and magical transformations, this is an ingenious and imaginative theatre show with big laughs!

The Easter break is also packed full of school holiday film screenings including Sing; The Lego Batman Movie; Moana: and the return of family favourite Frozen Sing Along.

Children of all ages and their families have the perfect opportunity to try something new with Give it a Go! - a full day of one hour workshops on Friday 14 April from 9.30am.
