Events & Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)
Join our team at Norden Farm as our Events and Operations Manager (Maternity Cover). This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, in a creative environment - and is happy to get stuck into practical operational work as well as administrative tasks.
We’re looking for someone with:
• At least four years' experience in venue operations, events, hospitality, or the cultural sector
• Demonstrable line management experience
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
Hours: 5 days per week (occasional evenings / weekends required). Monday - Friday. 9.30am – 6pm or 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary, maternity cover, full-time. Onsite Tuesday – Friday, Working from home most Mondays. Employment will commence on Thur 1 Oct 2026.

Marketing Officer
Join our creative team at Norden Farm as our Marketing Officer. You’ll help connect audiences with everything we do - from live shows, films and classes to community events and our Café Bar.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Marketing experience (3+ years)
• Great copywriting and digital skills
• A passion for the arts
Hours: 5 days per week (occasional evenings / weekends as required). Monday - Friday. 9.30am – 6pm or 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £29,203.75
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Onsite Tuesday – Friday, Working from home Mondays.

Café Bar Assistant (10 hours a week)
We’re looking for a hardworking and cheery Café Bar Assistant to join the friendly team at Norden Farm for 10 hours a week. Hours mostly evenings and weekends (Fri & Sat) with potential for additional hours during busy times.
Hours: 10 hours p/wk (generally over 2 shifts) Tuesday– Saturday, with occasional Sunday/ Mondays. Potential for additional hours over busy periods
Salary: £12.71 per hour

Board Trustee Position (Catering)

We are a charity dedicated to enriching lives through creativity. We are seeking three dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees, on a voluntary basis.
We are specifically looking for an individual who has a passion for the mission of Norden Farm and a commitment to improving the lives of the people we serve, with senior role experience in:
Catering: a background in management within the catering or food services / hospitality industries (also sits on the catering committee)
