Box Office Manager

We are seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee and deliver the sales and ticketing operation at our vibrant and busy arts centre. They are the first point of contact for audiences and visitors - inspiring the Box Office team to deliver an excellent level of customer service.

Hours: 28 hours a week inclusive of 30 minute lunch breaks Tuesday to Friday 1.15pm – 8.15pm (with potential for additional hours during busy periods). Once a month there is a Saturday shift.

Salary: £12.72 p/hour | £17,192 per annum

Sales and Marketing Officer

Do you have a flair for marketing, a passion for the arts, and the drive to make a real impact in your community? We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our creative team and help bring the work of our thriving arts centre to even more people.

As part of our small but dynamic team, you’ll play a vital role in connecting audiences with everything we do - from live performances, film, and classes to community events and our welcoming Café Bar.

Hours: 4 days per week (occasional evenings / weekends as required)

Tuesday - Friday. 9.30am – 6pm or 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: £28,080 pro rata (£22,464 actual)

Front of House Officer

We’re looking for a welcoming and proactive Front of House Officer to join our team at Norden Farm. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for all visitors - including audiences, artists, and other guests - while helping to maintain our buildings and spaces to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to build a career in the arts, hospitality, or events industries.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Friendly, approachable and confident when engaging with the public

• Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail

• Interested in the arts and enthusiastic about supporting creative activity

• Physically fit, as the role involves some lifting and moving quickly between areas on site

Hours: Full Time 39.5 hours (plus 30 minute breaks) Monday – Sunday

Salary: £25,380 per annum

The Comet - Assistant to the Director (Curve Venue, Slough)

We are seeking a proactive, creative and highly organised Assistant to the Director to support the rehearsal and development process of a brand-new family Christmas show based on children’s book, The Comet by Joe Todd Stanton.

The role is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the theatre / directing. We are especially interested in candidates local to where the show is being made (Slough).

Dates: 20 Oct – 24 Nov (10am – 5pm Mon- Fri, plus 2 production days potentially weekend / evenings)

Fee: £2,137

Technician (6 month contract)

Salary: £25,474 per annum (pro rata)

Seeking experienced Technician (LX and Sound) to deliver shows at Norden Farm: a vibrant multi-arts venue with a busy programme of gigs, film, comedy and drama.

Board Trustee Positions (Catering Specialist)

We are a charity dedicated to bringing the community together through creativity. We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees, on a voluntary basis, with a background in Catering.

We are committed to ensuring that our Board is representative of the diverse communities we serve. To achieve this, we encourage applications from candidates with proven experience in, or knowledge of, our region.

As a registered charity, Norden Farm relies hugely on the help of volunteers in all aspects of its day-to-day running. From administration based roles in our office, to stewarding shows or helping on the technical team.
