Results of Norden Farm's AGM
Following on from its recent introduction of a company membership scheme, Norden Farm held its AGM on Wednesday 5 September.
207 people applied to become a member. Of those, 90 members attended the meeting and a total of 150 members voted including electronic and proxy voting. This represents a 73.5 % of the total membership of 207.

After the meeting, there was a discussion with members, chaired by Paul Rutherford, during which a representative from ERS announced the election results. Resolutions 1, 2 and 3 were passed. Resolution 4 was not approved.
