Annual General Meeting

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Norden Farm Centre Trust Ltd will be held on Monday 26 September 2016 at 6pm in the Courtyard Theatre, Norden Farm Centre for the Arts. Light refreshments will be served before the meeting starts.

You can download an invitation from our newly appointed Chair, Martin Kaye, together with the formal Notice of the Meeting. Also attached to this is an Instrument of Proxy and Biographies of Trustees standing for re-election.

Members should have received a communication from Electoral Reform Services (ERS) who will be conducting the elections, which will include the Annual Accounts, a Report from the Trustees and an Auditors Report.

They will provide you with a link to a website where you can register your vote. This is an important email communication: please read it carefully as it includes secure information required for casting your vote.
