Explore the use of colour to create mood and ideas of climate from moonlight and frost, to the warmth of Mediterranean summers. Reference artists include Caspar David Friedrich, Samuel Palmer, Paul Cezanne, Graham Sutherland, Richard Cartwright and David Hockney. Suitable for artists already familiar with pastel techniques and beginners with an interest in landscape painting.

Anton Antonovich is a mayor in small town Russia.
A government official is on his way to inspect the district, which is a disaster for Anton. The inspector will overlook Anton's misdemeanours in exchange for the odd bribe. But is he quite who he says he is? Or will Anton and his band of buffoons finally get what's coming to them?
