Shut Down, not Shut Up! Family Poetry (online)
Led by Simon Mole
Free poetry workshops for ages 4+ years and accompanying grown ups.
Goggles! Umbrella! Hullaballoo! Out of all the words in the world what’s your favourite?
Join poet Simon Mole on a quest to find the best sounding words in existence, and possibly make up a few new ones too…
The group will play some fun games and activities to build skills and confidence on Zoom before Simon leads a step by step poetry tutorial to help you write your own work.
These summer sessions are the first of an exciting longer project - be part of the writing (and performance!) team for one of the first events to be hosted at Norden Farm in the Autumn once the venue re-opens.
Make sure you have a pen and paper at the ready.

Yoga for Beginners (online)
Led by Julie Potter
Feeling the need to wind down and relax, have a little bit of time to yourself? Come along and enjoy some yoga and relaxation with Julie. Practice gentle spinal movements to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, basic yogic breathing techniques and guided meditations.
These classes are suitable for everyone, with or without previous yoga experience. Please bring a blanket, a yoga/pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
