Zumba with Annet is a fun, easy to follow, dance based class. Get fit and exercise in disguise to uplifting Latin rhythms!
This 60 minute class feels more than a party that exercise class. It suits all levels of ability and beginners are very welcome.
Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
It can help make you feel happy, healthy, strong, amazing, unstoppable and confident!

World class stars from West End and Broadway musicals play in our intimate Studio space.
Caroline is an award winning West End star. She originated the role of Jennifer Gabriel in Cameron Mackintosh’s hit musical The Witches of Eastwick. She was then asked to play the title role in the American tour of Mary Poppins.
Caroline's West End roles include Sandy in Grease, Truly Scrumptious in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Eponine in Les Miserables and Sophie in Mamma Mia!
Her extensive concert career includes performing alongside Michael Ball, Bryn Terfel and Aled Jones.
Caroline is supported by Kris Olsen. He won the 2012 Stephen Sondheim Society Performer of the Year Award. He has recently performed in the Norwegian productions of Beauty and the Beast andLes Miserables. Kris will perform some of his favourite songs from the musicals.
