Introduction to Mindfulness
Led by Jane Barker.
‘You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf’ Jon Kabat-Zinn
Step out of the ‘doing mode’ and explore just ‘being’ for a few hours in this introductory course with a fully qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Learn about mindfulness and be guided through.
Extra info: Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and a cushion and wear comfortable clothes.

Kathak Dance - Beginners
Led by Amrit Bhamra and Devika Shangari.
A chance to experience the most exhilarating classical dance style of Northern India! Students will have the opportunity to work towards annual exams in this beautiful rhythmic dance style. Each term is 10 weeks long.
Suitable for ages 4+ years and all abilities.
