These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

Escape the crowds at Beach Hut Bay. A special installation designed to be a relaxing sensory delight for everyone, inspired by the beach huts of Goa, featuring work created by local schools.
Come along to Norden Farm for 45 minutes of Arts and Crafts.
