Yoga - Intermediate

Led by Julie Potter

These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

Start the weekend with the rhythm and passion of Flamenco! Step into the atmosphere of Andalusia – its movements and music. Start by learning the basic steps and progress through the courses, in a relaxed and fun environment!

Mark Nightingale (trombone)

A welcome return of this internationally renowned jazz artist.

He is a much in demand session musician. He plays regularly in bands led by Andy Panayi, Alan Barnes, Laurence Cottle and Stan Tracey. Supported by a young jazz great – Simon Marsh (sax). With the superb rhythm section headed by Clark Tracey (drums) this combination is quite magical!

WHY? Mark has recorded and played with artists including Cleo Laine, Charlie Watts and Frank Sinatra
