Pilates - Beginners

Led by Zoe Brennan

Suitable for anyone new to Pilates or wishing to improve their flexibility, co-ordination, posture, balance, breathing and focus on stabilising the core. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.

All abilities are welcome.

You will need your own mat.

The digital arts club. Improve, develop and learn various arts with a digital focus. Work on group or personal projects over the 10 week term. Have fun filming, podcasting, creating stop-motion animation, using green screen special effects and more!

Carolyn Beale and Rosemary Harper met four years ago while attending a painting course at Norden Farm. Both artists have exhibited at various venues including Bucks Open Studios, Bourne End Library and the Reading Guild of Artists annual exhibition.
