These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

Create simple stamps from high density foam to print onto calico. Then embellish with beads, buttons and hand sewing, to create 3-D fish or birds to hang in your home. No experience required. £5 materials fee to tutor.
