Monday Morning Yoga

Led by Julie Potter

Practise gentle spinal movements to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, basic yogic breathing techniques and guided meditations to take you to a state of relaxed wellbeing. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Please bring a blanket, a yoga/pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
