Align and Flow Yoga
Led by Deborah Le Vene-Page
Align and Flow Yoga is influenced by the biomechanics and heart orientated philosophy of the Anusara Hatha style of yoga. With a specific alignment focus within the flow of postures the practice will tone and strengthen the body, improve posture and create more freedom in the body and mind resulting in a calm and relaxed state of being.
Each week there will be a different theme weaving its’ way through the session, but a typical class starts with breathing techniques to centre and ground, poses to warm up and then progresses to a fun and challenging mix of vinyasa and alignment yoga.
This class is designed to cultivate focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Leaving time at the end for a well-deserved relaxation.
Come prepared for an energising class that will also leave you feeling relaxed.

Create a beautiful stained glass inspired design based on the fairytales.
Sessions are 45 minutes | Suitable for ages 5 - 11 years | All materials provided.

Aristocratic buffoon Bertie Wooster has hired the theatre for the night to present his one man show detailing a recent and rather spontaneous series of misadventures, including the theft of a novelty cow creamer and a narrow escape from unwanted matrimony.
The only trouble is Bertie hasn't worked out who's going to play the parts. Will the show be a disaster? Will the scenery stay upright? Or will his trusty manservant Jeeves step in and save the day?

In a joyous reimagining of the classic P G Wodehouse characters, three actors hurl themselves from role to role as they race to tell the story of Bertie's own farcical adventures.
Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense was created by the Goodale Brothers, adapted primarily from P G Wodehouse The Code of the Woosters. After hugely successful runs in the West End, it won the 2014 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.
