These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

There are a huge variety of additives to be used with acrylics. Spend a day experimenting with the most useful of these, adding our own aggregates and creating interesting effects to incorporate into your paintings. No experience needed. £3.50 materials fee to tutor.
Materials to be supplied by participant, plus materials cost to tutor where indicated. A basic knowledge of acrylics is desired, unless otherwise stated.

Dave O’Higgins has worked with artists including Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles and Jamie Cullam. He is also a member of Brubecks Play Brubeck and is twice winner of the British Jazz Awards. Supported by his chosen rhythm section: Adam Saunders (Piano), Oli Hayhurst (Bass) and Clark Tracey (drums).
WHY? Throughout the day, the musicians have tutored Norden Farm’s Schools Jazz Day students. Watch the young performers at 6.45pm
