Monday Morning Yoga

Led by Julie Potter.

Feeling the need to wind down and relax, have a little bit of time to yourself? Come along and enjoy some yoga and relaxation with Julie. Practice gentle spinal movements to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, basic yogic breathing techniques and guided meditations.

These classes are suitable for everyone, with or without previous yoga experience. Please bring a blanket, a yoga/pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Messy Monsters

Bring Baby Screening
The screening on Friday 24 January at 11am is exclusively for parents, carers and grown-up’s with children under 2 years. Lights are kept on low level and you can move around if you need to. Tickets are £5.50 for adults (including a cup of tea/coffee); babies and infants are free of charge. Seating is unreserved and unaccompanied adults are not admitted.

Relaxed Screenings
The screening on Friday 31 January at 10.30am is a Relaxed Screening. Everyone is welcome to join us for this friendly format. The house lights are kept on and audience members can come and go as they please.
