Family Fit Steps

Led by Julie Antonsen.

A fun dance class for all the family. A Ballroom and Latin Dance based workout created by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite of Strictly fame. Learn to Jive, Waltz and Cha to music from Dean Martin to Olly Murs.

Children aged 13+ years are welcome if accompanied by a paying adult.

Led by Zoe Brennan.

Suitable for people with some Pilates experience or those who are looking for a slightly more challenging class. Still covering alignment, breathing and centering but with more focus on strengthening and toning your body. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.
