Pilates - Beginners
Led by Zoe Brennan
Suitable for anyone new to Pilates or wishing to improve their flexibility, co-ordination, posture, balance, breathing and focus on stabilising the core. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.
All abilities are welcome.
You will need your own mat.

The digital arts club. Improve, develop and learn various arts with a digital focus. Work on group or personal projects over the 10 week term. Have fun filming, podcasting, creating stop-motion animation, using green screen special effects and more!

Bollywood Dance

An energetic modern Indian dance style. These classes are a fusion of Indian and western styles with Latino and Arabic influences. All terms are 10 weeks long and suitable for all abilities.

London Street Life
Locally born photographers Tom Waller and Andy Nethercleft present a collection of images inspired by London’s Street Life.

A lively fast paced class to a soundtrack of current music. This is contemporary dance smashed up and easy to learn!

Small World Big Book and other work
An evening to promote and celebrate female emerging choreographers.
The event is produced by Charlie Dixon, Co-director of LAOWAI Collab Dance. Her new work Small World, Big Book delves into the ideas of what it means to be a foreigner.
Other choreographers on the bill include:
Alicia Kidman showing Omni Commeo – an exploration into the notion of communication.
Ceyda Tanc Dance performing their brand new piece AYiN. It is a dynamic contemporary company influenced by traditional Turkish folk dance.
The Mostly Everything People sharing a work in progress of The Very Important Child.
Instep Dance Company screening a film project commissioned in the summer. In Her Bag She Carries... is a beautiful dance choreographed especially for camera.
Norden Farm's Youth Dance group will also be performing a curtain raiser choreographed by Becky Hinton.

Please note that the 10.30am Parent and Baby screening on Thursday 21 April is exclusively for parents with children under 2 years. Lights are kept on low level and you can move around if you need to. Tickets are £5.50 for adults (including cup of tea); babies and infants are free of charge.
