Ballet Beats - Pre School Ballet (2-3 years)

Led by Abbi Lewin

A fun, creative way for children to explore their dance skills. Each week they will have the chance to go on an adventure using imagination and play to help learn basic ballet techniques.

Rain or Shine

Use soft pastel to depict our changing weather, rain, mist, wind and snow and perhaps even sunshine! Cloud and storm studies by John Constable, Turner and the contemporary artist Kurt Jackson will be referenced.

Pilates - Intermediate

Led by Zoe Brennan

Suitable for people with some Pilates experience or those who are looking for a slightly more challenging class. Still covering alignment, breathing and centering but with more focus on strengthening and toning your body. At the end of the class we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.
