Yoga - Intermediate
Led by Julie Potter
These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

Make Silver Jewellery 1
Led by Janet Richardson.
Beginners learn techniques including sawing, filing, polishing, ring making, stone setting, texturing, doming and soldering, to make some beautiful jewellery. More experienced participants are taken forward with their skills.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Materials cost to tutor for 5 weeks £28 (approx).

Fun with Photos
We’ll show you how to sharpen, soften or saturate photos for the right look, draw your own captions and doodles and experiment with filters to create artful effects.
Suitable for 7+ years.
This workshop is for children and young people without accompanying adults.

Get ready to bring your favourite toys to life!
Learn how to shoot and edit a short animated film. Plan and create your own story using props and scenery - you can bring your own or dig into our Lego box!

Musical Memories
Led by Rona Topaz
A sociable choir for people living with dementia, led by a professional singer.
Even if you think you can’t sing a note, join in with popular jazz, pop and movie theme tunes from the 1940s through to 1980s. Songs covered include Fly Me To the Moon, Que Sera Sera, Edelweiss, You Are My Sunshine, King of the Road and more!
Carers don’t have to be present, so it’s a chance to have a little respite and relax in the Café Bar.

Thinking back this was when his reading habits changed too, more Dark Knight than Desperate Dan, more Catwoman than Minnie the Minx. Perhaps our heroes never went away….they just waited for us to pick them up again. Perhaps she just needs a different type of comic.
