These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

Parent and Baby Screening
The screening on Friday 24 February at 11am is exclusively for parents with children under 2 years. Lights are kept on low level and you can move around if you need to. Tickets are £5.50 for adults (including a cup of tea / coffee); babies and infants are free of charge. Seating is unreserved and unaccompanied adults are not admitted.

The digital arts club. Improve, develop and learn various arts with a digital focus. Work on group or personal projects over the 10 week term. Have fun filming, podcasting, creating stop-motion animation, using green screen special effects and more!
