Yoga - Intermediate

Led by Julie Potter

These Friday morning classes are intended for all ages and abilities and levels of experience, although beginners are advised to attend the later class. We will practise traditional breathing techniques (pranayamas), general yoga postures (asanas) with some relaxation.

The screening on Friday 6 September at 11am is exclusively for parents, careers and grown-ups with children under 2 years. Lights are kept on low and you can move around if you need to. Tickets are £5.50 for adults (including cup of tea); babies and infants free of charge. Seating is unreserved and unaccompanied adults are not permitted.

Rob Tognoni

Rob has opened for the greats - Roy Buchanan, Stevie Ray Vaughan's mentor Lonnie Mack and Joe Walsh from the Eagles. He has also shared stages with Sting, ZZ Top and Bo Diddley.

Rob is originally from Tasmania, Australia and goes under the pseudonym of The Tasmanian Devil.

His style is fiery, energetic, inventive and explosive. His roots are from blues, blues rock and classic rock but also adding many other colours to the palate to give him his sound and uniqueness.

Rob is and energetic and physical performer on stage - not just a musician. Echos of Cream, Hendrix, BB King, AC/DC can be heard woven through his musical fabric.

With 20 albums over the past 22 years to his credit through labels such as Provogue, Dixiefrog, Blues Boulevard coupled with countless, tireless tours.

Rob has represented Australia at the Royal Wedding celebrations of Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark, performed for FIFA World Cup Football in Kaiserslautern, played from maximum security prisons in Australia to Mozart's House in Vienna plus countless other experiences that have honed his skills.

Rob's shows are a true experience not to be missed.
