Align and Flow Yoga is influenced by the biomechanics and heart orientated philosophy of the Anusara Hatha style of yoga. With a specific alignment focus within the flow of postures the practice will tone and strengthen the body, improve posture and create more freedom in the body and mind resulting in a calm and relaxed state of being.

Each week there will be a different theme weaving its’ way through the session, but a typical class starts with breathing techniques to centre and ground, poses to warm up and then progresses to a fun and challenging mix of vinyasa and alignment yoga.

This class is designed to cultivate focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Leaving time at the end for a well-deserved relaxation.

Come prepared for an energising class that will also leave you feeling relaxed.

Our co-working spaces are located in the Farmhouse. So that the room can be sanitised between each use, the booking cut off for a Hot Desk is 9pm the night before.

A dance theatre show for babies and their grown ups.

Come with us on a magical journey into the deep blue sea in this beautiful dance theatre piece, created especially for babies aged 0 - 24 months and their parents or carers.

A ballerina wakes from a dreamy sleep and finds herself in the ocean, a comforting world of blue lights and bubbles. As she explores her gorgeous new home, she meets an octopus –  and the pair quickly form a loving friendship beneath the waves, dancing a duet to a twinkling soundtrack that features some familiar melodies.

This multi-sensory show is sure to engage and stimulate your baby’s imagination – and there’s plenty for adults to enjoy too!

Zumba with Annet is a fun, easy to follow, dance based class. Get fit and exercise in disguise to uplifting Latin rhythms!

This 60 minute class feels more than a party that exercise class. It suits all levels of ability and beginners are very welcome.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

It can help make you feel happy, healthy, strong, amazing, unstoppable and confident!

In this exhibition Maidenhead painter John Percy brings together many smaller works made over a long period and not previously seen together.

Local excellent and well-established Windsor and Eton Opera present a concert celebrating 60 glorious years with items from their popular opera and operatic productions.

Included are fun Gilbert and Sullivan excerpts and superb opera duets and arias from excellent soloists and an award-winning chorus.

They will be ones you know and love and will want to sing along to. It also remembers their highly valued late president John Handcock who did so much for the music scene in the Borough.
